windows is not activated

ive factory reseted my pc recently and when i turn it on it says my windows is not activated and the error code is 0xC004C003

what should i do

Do you know the history of the licence on the PC. Was it purchased with Windows 10 pre-installed or a previous operating system and then upgraded to Windows 10.

Can you quote the full spec or the make and model of the PC.

I notice it shows Windows 10 Pro, most user PCs have Windows 10 Home. If it did come pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro the licence key will be in the bios.

To check open a PowerShell (Admin) and enter wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey press return. If it displays the 25 character licence key then enter that in Change product key.
