Windows Installer on Vista Please Help

Hi I recently fixed my old computer which runs really well and its in windows vista but the problem is every time I try to download something off the internet like epic games launcher for fortnight or run-escape I would click download and wait till it does and then when its done I would click on the installer to download and install it but nothing would happen. I've tried restarting my computer and couldn't really find an answer online please help because I cant download anything unless I use 7-Zip but then again it still wouldn't work the installer would just not respond after I click it.

To run those programs you need Windows 7 or newer.

Get Windows 7

Get Windows 8.1

Get Windows 10

First thing to do is to make sure that you have the correct system requirements and that your Computer Manufacturer supplies the correct Drivers for your Model Number.
