The Windows Hello Face recognition is not working in my laptop (Hewlett-Packard HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1)

It is saying (We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face ) is it the problem with my camera or anything else

Hello, this is Emily.

In order for facial recognition to work, your camera needs to have the infrared capacity. If it is just a regular camera, even if it is high definition, it will not support facial recognition.

I did look up your model on HP for the specs, it states that the camera for this model is a * 720p HD** webcam, so it is definitely not supporting facial recognition.
