Thank you for your response. Did you make any changes or update your device when this issue happened? Let's try to reset store cache by following the steps below:
Press Windows key + R.
Type "wsreset.exe" and press Enter.
Check if it takes you to a store page which displays that the cache has been reset.
Now try to open the store app and check.

Did you made any changes on your device like update or something? When was the last time you were able to download from the store? Also, please try to run System File Checker tool to scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files. The sfc/scannow command (System File Check) scans the integrity of all protected operating system files and replaces incorrect, corrupted, changed or damaged versions with the correct versions possible. You may refer to this link for more information.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
this was the result after i did sfc/scannow
and still error there 0x080244018
and after i did trouble shoot same
message : window store cache may be damaged
also i change to old cache and new folder cache
but no solution
??????????? i gave up

The error you're experiencing might be due to incorrect or corrupted Internet settings, compatibility issues with Windows or Store app updates, or even third-party applications. Since clearing and resetting the Windows Store cache didn't resolve the issue, we suggest that you delete and recreate the AppReadiness folder in C:Windows.
Just like any other system program that runs on Windows, it relies on a specific directory structure to move files around. For some reason, the Store is unable to automatically recreate folders lost to virus infections, program or system updates. You may need to manually do this by following these steps:

Thank you for the update. A problem with your user account can also be the reason why you're experiencing issues with Windows Store. User account can become corrupted because of a lot of things. The good thing is you can always create a new user account and transfer the files from your old user account to the new one.
Try to create a new user profile with administrator privileges or if you have a spare admin account, you can log in to that account and create a new user account.
Once you have verified that the issue was due to a corrupted user profile, you can transfer your data from the old user account to the newly created one.
