Windows Defender Security Center - Protection Definition Update FAILED - Error Code -2145123272

my Windows 10 defender virus definitions are not updating and giving following error.

First, restart your PC, and then try running a manual update again. If that fails, there’s a troubleshooter designed specifically for Windows Defender definition update issues here:
