windows crashes with a blue screen saying "Your pc ran into some trouble and needs to restart".

Hi, last week while i was using my acer laptop for an hour when suddenly windows crashed with giving me the following blue screen. This was the first time when the error occurred from the last month when i bought the laptop.The same error never occurred until today.

I am running Windows 10 pro ver.

Would really appreciate if someone resolves my issue.

Hi Omkar, most likely this is caused by your Network card device driver, however, to diagnose the underlying issue, I need to analyse your Mini-dump file(s):

Open Windows File Explorer

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Zip up the contents of that folder

If you have problems zipping those files, copy them out onto your Desktop and zip them from there

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

When the failure occurred I had my cell phone connected thru usb tethering , is that what causing the issue?.

I checked and all my drivers are updated.
