Hi Boulaalam -

I'm Kevin B. Independent advisor and a Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience that you experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

It appears that most of the troubleshooting has been done on your computer and still the issue persist. Please follow the steps below and let's check if it will help.

1. Open the registry of your computer by pressing the windows key + r then type regedit.
2. Navigate to the below path.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost\Applicability

3. Look in the right pane window which contains that registry value of the subkey and locate ThresholdOptedIn.
4. If ThresholdOptedIn is present, delete it

Restart the computer and check if update service starts

If the above method did not work, we can perform custom install. Custom Install of windows will re-install windows on your computer, fixing all errors and missing update components on your computer however it will reset all the settings of your computer and all application installed on your computer will be removed living only your personal files intact and will be moved to windows.old folder inside C drive after process completes. If you want to proceed with Custom Install please click on the link below and follow the steps provided on the link.

NOTE: Please make sure to follow the steps accurately as it may remove all your personal files if the partition accidently deleted.
