Windows calculator algorithm for arcsine

Can anyone tell me, please, the formula or algorithm used by the Windows calculator to determine sin-1, the arcsine or inverse of the sine in trigonometry? Thank you.

Yes, that calculator is not very intuitive . . .

Change the mode of the Windows calculator to Scientific, not basic

On the left side of the Windows Calculator, click the Arrow key, that will switch the functions so you will see the Inverse functions

.

Thanks Dave -- appreciate your very prompt response!

Actually in pretty good shape on how to use the calculator. Really wondering how does it compute sin-1.
