Windows Activation

Could someone help me, I have no clue what's going on. I restarted my PC and randomly I noticed the "Activate Windows" watermark at the bottom right of my screen and when I checked the Activation tab this showed. I try to run the troubleshooter but it instantly responds with "Something Interrupted our Troubleshooting" I've tried it a couple of times and it's still not working. I didn't buy a key I had it preinstalled on my computer when I first bought it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Could you run the following command, using the command prompt:

slmgr -dli

Then post back the results.
