Windows 8.1 login problem(no password entry box)

Everytime when I boot my PC,

In the welcome screen it only shows my account email adress and profile picture. There is no password prompt.

Even I can't access other ways to sign in. The power button, Ease of access are also missing.

I can't shut my pc down because there is no option for it. So I have to wait for battery vacancy every time. I cant access the boot options or perform advanced restart.

You can use the power button to restart your computer three times. This will start the Windows Recovery Environment.
