Windows 7 WindowsUpdate_80070005, WindowsUpdate_dt000 error

Ok this is getting rediculous. I have been trying and downloading and installing and uninstalling ALL the recomended fixes for this error code I'm finding on this website and am getting NOWHERE. "windows can not check for available updates", even manually I'm getting no where. I bought this Windows 7 home premium 64 bit system with everything preinstalled, yes I have verified its genuine from a major retailer. I have tried FixIt, Updater troubleshooter and so on and nothing is fixing this issue. i can't just wipe the computer out and start over because I don't have the disc's. Like i said it's all preinstalled and IF it came with one I have no idea where it ended up. I have had all the microsoft security things running since day 1. But still got some kind of bug back in may 2012. Everything seems to be back and running correctly except Windows Updates. I did recently try to update my mal-ware software and did get an "access denied" when downloading the newer version so I don't know if thats a connected issue or not. But I was able to update CCleaner the other day and it worked fine. So I don't know what to try next. Any new suggestions???

Hi,

1.       Were there any changes made in the Computer prior to this issue?

2.       Which fixit did you try to run?

Perform the following methods and check:

Method 1:

I would recommend you to place the computer in clean boot and check.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After troubleshooting, make sure to put the computer to start as usual as mentioned in Step 7 in the above KB article.

If the issue doesn’t persists when the Computer is in clean boot, then the issue is confirmed to be caused by a certain non-Microsoft applications.

Method 2:

You cannot install some updates or programs

Method 3: Run the fixit from the following link and check:
