Windows 7 Updates error 800B0100 when run Windows update troubleshooter

Original Title: Windows 7 Updates error

1 - Control Panel>Windows Update clicked on Check for Updates. After a few seconds, error 800B0100 appears.

2 - Googled this, and installed the MS System Update Readiness Tool for Win 7 64bit. Ran the tool, which installs the Hotfix KB947821. Software installed succesfully, message says updates installed.

3 - Ran step 1 again, same error 800B0100. Visited MS help page again, then clicked on Automatic Troubleshooter. Downloaded this, ran the software with the following result:

Any ideas what I do next, please?
