I just installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit over the original XP Pro on a fully maintained Dell 490. After installing all the Windows Updates recommend, only one remains; Windows 7 Service Pack 1. Installation runs to 25% then fails and reports a Windows
Update Error 800B0100. I have run the System Readiness tool and it re-installed KB947821 but again Service Pack 1 installation fails at 25% with a Windows Update Error 800B0100. Any Ideas?

1. Do you have backups of ALL the changes CCleaner's Registry Cleaner has EVER made to your computer since you did the clean install of Win7 64-bit (on the computer where WinXP 32-bit had been installed)?
Free unlimited installation and compatibility support is available for issues related to Windows 7 Service Packs. Availability of chat, phone or e-mail support differs depending on your geographic location. Some issues may require more advanced support for
