Windows 7 Service pack 1 blue screen

Every time Windows installs the Service pack 1, it results in a blue screen error on start up. It takes me to the sign in screen the suddenly blue screens out. The error is Driver iqrl not less or equal.
I have updated all of my drivers and run a RAM test, however the problem persists.  I am running Windows 7 64 bit
