Windows 7 interface changed suddenly

What should I do if my win7 interface turns like the interface of win XP? In win 7 the taskbar supposed to be is blue also the other graphics like in my computer changed it turns white just like in winXP. Please help me resolve this issue I want my default win 7 back, thanks.

It sounds like perhaps the Themes Service is not running.

One symptom of the Themes Service not running is that the Windows Start button orb (bottom left hand corner) has changed to the word Start and looks like this:

It should look like this:
