Hi, I keep getting the Startup Repair screen when I start up my PC.  The Startup Repair states :  "Windows cannot repair this computer automatically"

The Error message says:

Root Cause found:

Boot manager failed to find OS Loader.

Repair Action: File repair
Result: Failed. Error Code = 0x3

Repair Action: Boot configuartion data store repair
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x2.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
