Windows 11, version 24H2 | Download error - 0xca020007

Hello! I am trying to install the latest update for Windows 11 and i'm running into the install error issue in the title. The error occurs at around 10% downloaded. Heres what i have already tried. I tried both SFC and DISM repairs in admin cmd. Along with using the windows troubleshooter. I have also made sure everything else on my computer is up to date such as GPU drivers. I have also tried restarting my computer and cleaning temp files.

Hi Andrew,

The reason for the failure couldn't be determined from the logs. Please clean boot the system and upgrade to 24H2 using the ISO.

A clean boot is the process of starting Windows without loading third-party apps and services. Please see this Microsoft article for more information.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

(Step 3 is very important. You need to first enable "Hide all Microsoft Services" before clicking "Disable all".)

Then, follow these steps:

1) Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

2) Run MCT and download the ISO it recommends for your system. Do *not* uncheck "Use the recommended options for this PC".

3) Right-click on the downloaded ISO and choose "Mount." This assigns the ISO a drive letter.

4) Run setup.exe from the ISO drive. This starts the in-place upgrade/repair installation.

(Your files, settings and applications will be preserved if you use the ISO recommended for your system by the Media Creation Tool.)

Please post fresh setup logs if the setup doesn't succeed.
