Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

1
If you connect one external monitor directly to your Dell laptop not using the Hub, does that monitor work correctly?

2
Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter. please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your quick reply.

1- Yes, at the moment I am using one of the monitors bypassing the hub using a HDMI cable.

2- Please find the screen-grab attached.

Sorry, I do not need to see that section, please open System Information again and provide a screenshot of the initial window you see without clicking any options.

2
Also, right click your Start Button and open Device Manger, please provide a screenshot of that window.

If you connect the monitors to each of the USB-C ports on your workstation directly not using the hub, are the monitors not working correctly?

Sorry I don't understand, with what kind of connector on the other end (monitors end)?

The set up I have is Display port connection from monitor to hub. Then, there are two integrated USB-C cables coming from the hub and those are the ones I use to connect the monitors to the station and also to power the station. I can't connect the monitors to pc directly with USB-C.

Cheers,

Dell indicates in the specs for your workstation you can connect two external monitors directly to those USB-C ports but you would need cables that can convert USB-C (Thunderbolt) to DisplayPort.

I think the hub is causing the problems, do Dell provide any separate drivers for that hub you are using?

Yes, that is what I meant, I do not have the cables.

I think is the hub too but I have try on 3 other hubs and the issue persist, that is why I thought it may be windows 11 thing as I never had this problem with windows 10.

Go to the support page for your laptop on the Dell website, then manually check for any Chipset drivers or USB driver updates they may provide, and also check for any BIOS update that may be available and not yet installed.

This is the list of critical driver updates I see on the Dell site for your laptop:

Dave,

I have contacted DELL and they are sending an engineering to replace the motherboard apparently. On the following days I will let you know here if that solved the problem.

Thanks again for your help,

Angel
