Windows 11 "Unclean" System Shut Down

Recently, whenever I close the lid of my Windows 11 laptop, it completely shuts down, erases all of my tabs, and closes all of the apps open. When I boot it up again, I'm met with a message on a black screen that says "the system has not shut down cleanly" before I sign in. This also happens when my laptop is inactive for ~3 minutes.

I'm at a loss of what to do. I've tried running several diagnostics (including memory; all passed), I've installed all recent updates, and I've checked my power and keyboard settings. Is there anything else I can do on my end to fix the issue?

Assuming not a surface run that laptop makers update utility for both Bios & Drivers, then set Bios to defaults and Pwr to balanced.

In win update settings ensure "Get latest updates" is not selected.

Then test

Depending on the laptop maker they may have a diagnostics utility, if not via a shortcut on your PC then via their support web site
