WIndows 11 - Standard hardware security not supported

I am running Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621 and for some reason Device Security is saying Standard hardware security not supported.

I have the following settings:

Secure Boot State - On

BIOS Mode - UEFI

tpm.msc - The TPM is ready for use.

DEP - On for all applications.

I also have SVM turned on and Windows Subsystem successfully running Ubuntu 20.04.

What am I doing wrong? Also I can't dismiss the Windows Security - Actions recommended for Device security.

It may be a bug but the way to find out is to do the fixes to see. Where are the results of the steps I provided and asked you to report back the results? I am standing by here to help you further, but I need to know the specific results so I know what else to try.

This is an interactive process. I give steps to perform, you do each one and then report back results until something works, so I know what to suggest next. If you need help performing any step, just ask back. But please do not skip any steps. We often find out the skipped step is the fix.

If you want to report this as a bug to Microsoft you may be able to help improve this product/experience by using the Feedback Hub in Start Menu, especially if you are willing to share logs and other requested information. While they will probably not see this here in the forums, Microsoft developers DO read feedback from customers that comes in via the Feedback Hub, so that is a great way to share your thoughts on how to better serve you as a customer.

I gone into my bios and checked to make sure tpm2, secure boot, uefi and svm are on. I double checked that DEP settings are working.

The broken Device Security UI:

System Information confirms Secure Boot and UEFI are working:

DEP settings are on:

tpm.msc confirms that TPM is set correctly and being used:

Yeah, that pretty much confirms it's a bug.

If you want to report this bug to Microsoft you may be able to help improve this product/experience by using the Feedback Hub in Start Menu, especially if you are willing to share logs and other requested information. While they will probably not see this here in the forums, Microsoft developers DO read feedback from customers that comes in via the Feedback Hub, so that is a great way to share your thoughts on how to better serve you as a customer.

If you want to post back a Share link from your feedback, others who find this thread can add to it or add their own to help build momentum to get Developer's attention. Then will not even see it here.
