Windows 11 Pro SecHealthUI missing

Hi

I've just completed a clean install of Windows 11 Pro from a disc. However the SecHealthUI is missing and cannot be installed.

Running `get-appxpackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers` using Powershell in Admin mode from an administrator account returns nothing. The folder `C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealth` exists, however it is empty. It's as though this app is missing from my system from the install completely.

Windows Update doesn't recognise that this is missing and doesn't resolve the issue. What can I try next?
