Hi Kevin,

This looks to be a typical user profile corruption issue, and you were being signed into a temp user profile.

When your user profile is corrupted, it will not load correctly. Sometimes it can be also due to your C drive has low free space, then the user profile will not load at all.

While you are in the temp user, can you launch File Explorer, go to This PC, go to C:\Users\your username folder, then go to folders such as Desktop, Documents, etc, do you see your files?

If so, do NOT move them to your temp user profile as it will not save anything when you restart. Instead, try to move them out to an external drive. Then restart the computer and see if Windows would load - if it is due to low space, this could help.

Otherwise you might want to consider a reset.
