Windows 11 not booting. It's says please wait and then ask for troubleshoot

Hey there

So I have a PC with 2 Windows 11 dual boot. 1st (Volume 6) is for my office work and 2nd (Volume 4) for gaming. Here are the specs:-

AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G

16 GB Ram

256 gb SSD

500GB + 320 GB Hard Disk

2 days ago I had updated my Volume 4 Windows 11. I don't remember the update name. Afterwards when my pc up updated, it normal booted and after entering the Password, the pc unlocked but with a blank screen. There was just the mouse cursor. Nothing was work, even no shortcuts. Then i had used Ctrl + alt + delete and opened task management. From there i could access almost ever software and games accept some of them including File Explorer. Some how I had managed to back up my data using the browse feature in Run and then shutdown the pc. After starting the pc once again, it said please wait and then opened the Troubleshoot. I couldn't even access my Volume 6 windows 11. What should I do now? Please help me.

If the boot drive is 256gb if nothing else that is probably too small for a dual boot sys

Hi Valiant. I'm Greg here to help.

I'll give you the top fixes for blank or black screen at Startup in Windows 11, how to access the tools in WinRE Repair Mode or bootable media to perform these or all other steps so that something will always work to get WIndows started. Once started if the Dual Boot is lost you can install EasyBCD to add the other OS back by name, type and drive letter.

1) First try these fixes for blank or black screen at startup in Windows 11:

2) If those don't work or can't be performed here is how to access the tools and all repairs in WinRE Repair Mode or Bootable media so that something will always work to get WIndows started:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

3) Once Windows starts, if the Dual Boot is lost simply install EasyBCD to add the other OS by type, give it a name, then drive letter as seen from existing Windows, click Add (+), restart to Dual Boot menu:

https://neosmart.net/Download/Register (Click Download, no email needed)

Feel free to ask back any questions. If you'll post back detailed results then I may know what to suggest next, if necessary.
