Windows 11 key suddenly disappeared

Windows 11 key suddenly disappeared, it says ive had a hardware change when i havent, i also cant find the key anywhere using cmd or powershell, troubleshooting and restarting also doesnt work, tried everything i can find online and nothing, also tried contacting microsft and they did not help or even get back to me, tried calling the number, sent me back here, dissapointed, just want windows 11 reactivated, bought this gaming pc november last year with windows pre installed

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

Please provide a screenshot of that app window, and please hide any product key that may appear in the screenshot.

There is no PC manufacturers pre-installed OEM key stored on the motherboard, it seems the seller installed a licence on that device, where did you purchase the PC and did they provide you with the associated product key?

PCDIY is my local pc shop, bought it from them, i remember having to pay extra for windows instilation, and no they never gave me a product key

You will need to contact that PC shop to get the the Windows licence key you paid them for, if they never provided you with the licence key.

mine has just started this problem i bought this pc online through pc case gear and they did windows 11 for me it was all good untill today all a sudden its saying i need to activate windows now

same thing happened to me, though I had micro center instaII it for me, I kept the windows 11 disk which had a shiny gIare adhesive sticker with the key phrase on the sticker itself. that is your answer my friend
