Windows 11 keeps crashing and/or not returning from sleep mode

Hi Guys

Wondered if you could help.

I have built a new PC and have WIndows 11 installed, the issue is some random restarts or crashes and some general instability.

Can you help? what do you need from me?

Regards

Mark

Hi M,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

I recommend that you do the solutions below.

1. Run Power Troubleshooter
Open Settings => System => Troubleshoot => Other troubleshooters =>Power => Run.

2. Reset Power Plan to default.

>> Open a command prompt.

>> Copy and paste the command below and press Enter.

powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

3. Use System File Checker to check and fix corrupted system files that may be the cause of the issue. Please refer to the link.

If it didn't solve the issue, are the system event logs.
>> Open Event Viewer.
>> Click Windows Logs.
>> Right-click System
>> click "Save all events as"
>> Select location, name the file, and click Save.
>> select "Display Information for these languages ", click English and click OK.
>> Upload the saved log file to OneDrive and share the link here.

Hi Paul

Thank you for the help.

I've tried what you've suggested and nothing has helped, no errors were found either when running these programs.

I've uploaded the event logs to OneDrive link below.

Good luck!

The system event log indicate " The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffe20b3e720360, 0xffff9685082af710, 0xffffe20b4dd13870). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. "

Can you upload the MEMORY.DMP file from C:\Windows folder?
Also, check the C:\Windows\Minidump folder for minidump files.

Thanks.

Wow, running that troubleshooter did absolutely nothing but make my computer less usable! DO NOT RUN THE TROUBLESHOOTER that is recommended here, please!
