Windows 11 Dark theme not working

So for some reason, my dark theme recently got messed up. I tried switching it back, restarting pc, changing colours, but it's still broken and looks ugly. I really want this fixed, cause it causes some applications to look awful. Especially file explorer. I've added images of my settings. I'd like a better fix than "Mess around with the colours and see what happens".

My current settings:

Windows explorer (what the hell is this!?):

Two random applications I use that are affected (There are plenty of more examples):

Alright! We're back at it :D

I've done this fix of yours a handful amount of times now, but here's the catch:

Every time I restart my pc / turn of my pc. The "glitch" reappears.

I run shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921} every time.

And it fixes it, but my main problem is the process. I don't wanna

  • Fix my custom background

  • Fix my custom crosshair

  • Fix my custom colours

every time I reset my theme to fix this visual bug. Is there a better/permanent solution that is reasonable? (I don't wanna perform a clean OS install here :)
