Windows 11 Check Tool

I just tried to run the Windows 11 check tool and got the message that my organization manages updates on my PC. This is my home PC (runs Windows 10 Pro) and is never been part of any organization. Can someone give me a suggestion on how to fix this?

1. Check if you have any school or work accounts connected to your device. Disconnect any School or Work account
Open Settings
Accounts
Access work or school
from the list disconnect those accounts.

2. Open the Command Prompt and run it as administrator.
Paste each command below and press Enter.

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Policies" /f

reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

Once done restart your computer.
