Windows 11 Boot EFI partition replacement / recreation

TLDR; I want to recreate the EFI partition on a different disk.

SATA-SSD Disk 0 -- Which is supposed to be a dedicated LINUX and Games (windows).

NVME Disk 2 -- Supposed to be Windows and Data.

I had Linux already running off Disk 0. I re-formatted and deleted the NVME (Disk 2) where the original setup of Windows partitions (EFI, MSR, Recovery, Windows etc) were to create 91.5 gb of unallocated space. And usually when I install Windows I just select "unallocated space" and let Windows setup do the partitioning.

But this time it only created the actual Windows partiton and used the linux EFI for boot. I have no idea what happened to the MSR and Recovery partition. They don't exist.. I guess.

Is there a safe way create the usual UEFI parition scheme on Disk 2 now (like below)? Without having to re-install? I don't like my Windows system booting off my linux SSD.

I have GParted (and similar) bootable etc for re-partitioning the Windows partition during boot (when it's not in use).

Obviously you need to shrink drive C from the left end. The MSR that may well be existing (Disk 2 Partition 1) would have to be moved to the right and then an EFI System Partition created at the left edge of the disk.
