Hi Litraz Bokalas.
Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.
In your description, you encountered a black screen after Windows Update.
I noticed that you did some research and attempts on this issue, you tried Safe Mode and eventually recovered the system temporarily by uninstalling the update or system recovery steps. Thank you for your efforts and attempts for this issue, I do understand the hassle and chagrin of the current system updates bringing black screens.
It is true that other users have recently experienced a similar phenomenon after installing Windows Update. This is most likely an issue that is currently prevalent with Windows Update.
We recommend that you do not install this Windows Update for the time being, and please delay the update for the time being here at Settings > Windows Update.
After experiencing the update issue, you did the right thing by uninstalling the update and using a restore point to perform a system restore, which shows that your do-it-yourself skills are worth recognizing.
Regarding the current black screen issue in Windows Update, I do understand that it brings you a bad experience, we are not the development team but still care about your sense of experience. We also hope that the development team can notice this issue and make some adjustments in the follow-up process. You can try to feedback this issue to the development team in order to make them pay more attention to this issue.
Microsoft attaches great importance to user experience, you can submit your ideas and suggestions through the Feedback Hub, and the development team will regularly review submissions for ideas or fixes.
Please share the feedback link here after submitting as it will allow others on the forum to vote for your submission, including me. More votes will lead to more visibility and higher priority to the development team.
Your feedback is also important to us.
It's an honor to provide you with some advice, and I hope my efforts will be less troubling for you.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best regards,

Still forced updates after turning off them, and changed my manually created restore point with windows new with updates, i cant boot normal anymore, cant remove updates with cmd or powershell, looks last system update was failing installing and causing black screen load, I had to move files with hiren's boot cd, and reinstall windows, if support was not ending soon, i throw away Windows 11 to trash bin and back to win 10...
And how can win without any promt change my created manual recover point to his with update and delete few old?
