So.........I have been having major issues regarding installing a windows 11 22H2 update on my laptop. Its been going on since about March of this year. I have tried everthing to fix the problem but nothing works. From running windows trouble shooter , numerous command prompt methods, renaming files, trying to reset computer{which it won't do ?) to downloading an ISO image from microsoft. Nothing works!!! I also get messages saying my laptop does not meet the requirements to run windows 11 even though when I purchased the laptop it has windows 11 22H2 already installed.Any help would be much appreciated. This is the latest download error - 0x80246019

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
The error 0x80246019 indicates that the Windows Update cache is corrupted. Resetting the Windows Update components should fix this problem.
Step 1: Check if there are any corrupted files on Windows.
1-Right-Click on Start then click on Windows Terminal (admin)
2- Type these commands.
sfc /scannow (and press Enter)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth (and press Enter)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth (and press Enter)
3- The DISM tool will report whether the image is healthy, repairable, or non-repairable. If the image is repairable, you can use the /RestoreHealth argument to repair the image.
4-Type this command and press Enter:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Hi.
I have tried all of the commands you asked me to try.
Unfortunately it still won't install the update. As usual it gets to 96%.... And then the message "Something didn't go as planned etc undoing changes." All of the commands seemed to execute apart from this in the bottom screenshot.
