Windows 10/11 - Audio Stuttering / Choppy (Bluetooth)

Hello all,

Recently I purchased a new computer (AMD Ryzen with Windows 10 pre-installed).
I have multiple bluetooth devices. They work okay but, I only have issues with Bluetooth Headsets.

I have tried many bluetooth headsets and the chopping / cutting / stuttering audio sound is on every device.
I even purchased a Bluetooth 5 Adapter. No changes, I even installed windows 11 (Fresh) and then installed Windows 10 again (fresh) to test.

The stutering on audio keeps going on! It's so frustrating!
I literally tried everything.... Removed the drivers, installed new drivers. Placed a brand new Bluetooth 5 Adapter.

I must say, I am not really that pro in WiFi and Bluetooth interferences but, could it be my Modem? Which sends out WiFi?
It's really near my PC. But again, my older PC did NOT had this problem (while many WiFi devices where near).

I am OUT of options. Is it the motherboard? The CPU? What the hell is interfering?

1. Uninstall BT drivers / reinstall
2. Uninstall Windows 10/11 then reinstall 10/11

3. Purchased a brand new BT Adapter

4. Tried with other headsets

Problem is still there!!

It's just so annoying, the audio pops and stutters so much I can't even listen to music or play games.

Hi, my name is Anderson Souza, I hope I can help you with your issue.

Do you have any device connected to a USB 3.0 port? If so, remove them all for testing (including the BT adapter, use it on a USB 2.0 port if available).
If your PC is a notebook, also try to unplug it from the power source, leaving it only on the battery. I've seen cases where one of these tests solved the problem, the cause of the interference was one of them.

Thank you very much for your assistance!

I do have a Mouse, keyboard, microphone connected to USB 3.0 ports.
I should be worried because I do not have USB 2.0 Ports...

It's also a Computer (no laptop). With motherboard ASUS Maximus VIII Dark Hero.

In that case there is really no way to test. But here's a reference about this type of problem for consultation, BT communication happens on the 2.4 Ghz frequency.

Now it would be interesting to also test your BT adapters on other machines if possible.
