Windows 10 won't stay asleep

I cannot get my windows 10 to stay asleep for more than 1 hour.

Please try these options one by one and check after each option.

1. Troubleshoot Power
Type troubleshoot in Windows Start Search box > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down > Click Power > Run the troubleshooter > Follow on-screen direction.

2. Restore Default for Power Settings
Type Power in Windows Start Search box > Click Power & Sleep > Click Additional Power Settings > Click Change Plan Settings > Click Restore default settings for this plan

3. Disable Fast Startup
Type Power in Windows Start Search box > Click Power & Sleep > Click Additional Power Settings > Click Choose what the power buttons do > Click Change settings that are currently unavailable > Scroll down to Shutdown settings and uncheck Turn on fast startup > Click Save changes

4. Disable wake timers
Type Power Options in Windows Start Search Box > Click Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change advanced power settings > Expand Sleep > Set Disable for both On Battery & Plugged in

5. Disable waking your machine up for automatic maintenance
Type Security in Windows Start Search box > Click Security and Maintenance >
Expand Maintenance > Change Maintenance settings > Uncheck Allow scheduled maintenance to wake up my computer at the scheduled time

6. Change Power Management setting for devices which can wake the computer
Type cmd in Windows Start Search box > Right click on cmd > Run As Administrator > Type following & Enter: powercfg –lastwake
It will show the list of devices which woke up your computer last time
Type following & Enter: powercfg -devicequery wake_armed
It will show the list of all devices which can possibly wake up your computer
Now, you need to make a decision which all devices you want to make changes to to handle this problem
Windows Key+X > Device Manager
Locate a device from the above list say Network adapter
Double click to open its Properties
Under Power Management tab > Uncheck the box next to Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
OK > Reboot your computer

7. Handle applications which can cause the problem
Type cmd in Windows Start Search box > Right click on cmd > Run As Administrator > Type following & Enter: powercfg /waketimers
It will show the list of all applications which can possibly wake up your computer
To stop your PC from waking up, simply find those apps and change their configuration or remove them from your PC
Reboot your computer

8. Disable Tasks which can cause the problem
Type Task in Windows Start Search box > Click Task Scheduler > In the left pane, navigate to Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > UpdateOrchestrator. In the right pane, double click on Reboot
When the new window opens, go to Conditions tab. Now uncheck Wake the computer to run this task option and click on OK. If you want, you can uncheck all other options as well
Another task that can wake up your PC is Media Center. However, you can disable it by going to the Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows in Task Scheduler. Now select Media Center from the list and check all of its tasks. If any task is set to wake up your PC, be sure to disable the wake up privilege for that task.
Reboot your computer

I followed the above steps and it appears to have solved the problem.  Can't really be sure until a few more days have passed.  When I wake in the morning and the computer is still asleep, then I know it's fixed for sure.  Thanks for your assistance.  ~ Vince ~
