Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!
My apologies about that. The first step is to reset the CMOS, which can sometimes resolve boot issues after a BIOS update. To do this, disconnect all peripherals, remove the laptop's battery, and then remove the CMOS battery. Wait for about 1 minute before reinstalling the CMOS battery and the laptop battery. This will reset the BIOS settings to default, which might allow your laptop to boot correctly.
If the CMOS reset doesn't work, try booting into Safe Mode. You can do this by accessing the Advanced Startup Options. You'll need to create a bootable USB drive using the Windows Media Creation Tool if you don't have one. Then, restart your laptop and press the appropriate key (usually F8) to access the boot settings. From there, navigate to Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Safe Mode. If you can boot into Safe Mode, you might be able to resolve the issue from there.
Please let me know if this works for you. I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Charity (GMT+08:00)
