Windows 10 Welcome Screen Has Rabbit Figure Bottom Left Corner

Should my Welcome page have a black shadowy rabbit figure at the bottom left corner of screen. It's almost dark smoky looking and appears to be looking at my account picture and password entry box.  If I were going to draw an evil rabbit smoking a cig and claws extended this is what it would look like.

Does anyone else see this?  And how do I get this off my welcome page?

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

This is a design in all the Windows 10 pc.

This is not a issue on the computer or operating system.

If you don't like the design, you might use the feedback app and let the developers team, know about this.

I have not received any input from the developers.  Maybe it takes longer to get a reply then action even longer?  Probably will be address in the next big update.  Thanks for responding.
