Windows 10 update KB4517389 install error

The latest Windows 10 update KB4517389 fails to install.  I get the following

    2019-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4517389)

    Last failed install attempt on ‎10/‎8/‎2019 - 0xd0000034

I have tried running the update multiple times.  I am a novice computer user.  What do I need to do to correct this?

Sumit,

I could not get that link to work.  I did however try the download I found in the Microsoft Update Catalog.  It came back and said the update was already installed.

If I look "Uninstall updates" in Settings "View update history", the update does show up.  Should I uninstall the update and try the manual download?

Thanks,

Henry

It looks like a glitch is a reason why the update is showing up despite being installed.

You may try resetting Windows updates and check.

I have also problem with this update (Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4517389)).  Windows update starts to downloading it and after that also starts to install normally, but when progress reach 74% computer crushes and appears blue screen. Tried to install manually this update - the same problem.

Maybe my computer is too old or some missing drivers - I have ASUS N53SM (2012)?

UPDATE 10/8: Today, we have released KB4517389 which applies to both 19H1 and 19H2. For Windows Insiders in Release Preview on 19H2, this will update them to Build 18363.418.

But I'm not using Windows Insider ? and Why would Be On Brink's windows10 Page e doesn't work for Microsoft.

So resolved my problem.

What I did:

1. Reinstalled windows 10 (clean install);

2. Found and installed all drivers (for windows 7, because my laptop was relized on 2012) I could for my laptop and installed them;

3. Updated my windows 10;

4. Had no problem this time.
