Windows 10 update glitch my video streaming

I would suggest you to update all Graphics Card Driver. Please go to the device manager and update your Graphics Card.

Follow the steps to update the Display Adapter drivers:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
2. Expand the Display Adapter.
3. Right-click on the Graphics card and click on Properties.
4. Go to Driver Tab and Click Update. 
5. Restart the computer and check.

 If this doesn't help, then you might have to uninstall and then reinstall Graphics Card driver from the Manufacturer's Website.

Distorted video after Windows 10 upgrade

I for the most part love all things Microsoft. I was really looking forward to upgrading my all in one windows 8 pc to windows 10. However ever since the update came through all the streaming audio ( groove music, iheaert radio app)  or video (nefflix, dailymotion ) all seem to just glitch make a buzzing sound and start loop that 1 second or so glitch. I have not had this happen with windows 8 ir 8.1. I tried updating the graphic card as recommended above but it's still happening. No problem streaming from my xbox one though.

Please help.
