Windows 10 stuck on "Hi, We're getting everything ready for you. This might take several minutes."

I am using windows 10 on Asus K541U, 6GB Ram, i5-7200U processor upto 3.18Ghz. Recently i noticed in task manager that cpu, memory and disk consumption is very high though no application/softwares are working. To solve this I followed several procedures mentioned in Microsoft discussion page and other websites, also i probably disabled some svhost.exe applications and now after giving restart the login page appears, after entering the password the following loop continues for hours together(i waited for 3hours): "Hi, We're getting everything ready for you. This might take several minutes" and desktop never appears.
