Hi Antonio,

Is this a laptop or desktop?

Let’s try something. Push and hold the power button down (do not let it go) after about 8 seconds, the pc will shut down. Let go of the button. After a few seconds, turn it back on, and it should try to boot back up, let’s see where that get us.

Give this a shot (even a couple times) and we’ll go from there.

Let me know!

A. Try to boot into safe mode

Power ON your computer and as Windows / manufacturer's Logo appears, Power OFF - Repeat 3 times
Now your computer will go into Advanced Recovery Environment
Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart
Press 4 or F4 to enable Safe Mode (5 or F5 to enable Safe Mode with Networking)
Log in once Windows starts in safe mode
See whether you able to login. If yes, come out of this and start normally.

If you are not able to boot like above, You will need to boot through a Bootable USB drive. You will need to create this on another computer which is working - https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create...

B. Another option when you are in Advanced Options in previous step is to choose (Note - You won't lose any files in this step)
1. System Restore - This will restore your system to a point when things were working fine.
OR
2. Startup Repair - Startup Repair upgrade fixes all Windows errors and retains all files, applications and settings.

C. Penultimate option could be Reset this PC.
In Step A > Troubleshoot > Reset this PC - Keep my files and Remove everything. Choose this carefully as most likely you would like to keep your files.
All apps will be removed and windows will be reinstalled.

D. Last option could be to Go back to the previous Build, if it was an upgrade to 1809 -
In Step A > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Go back to the previous Build

Ok, do you have win 10 media, or another PC where we can make it?

We can try to boot to it and use startup repair to fix this issue.

We can also try the F keys (esc, f2, f8, etc) the standard keys to try to get to boot up options.

Let me know!

Hmmm, so you can get to advanced startup options, are you able to try any others? System Restore?

If no luck, what about system diagnostics (should be an option after tapping esc key on boot up) - I’d run tests on the hard drive, ram, etc. See if any of those are faulty.

Next, Do you have any data on the PC we need to save, or would installing a clean version of Windows be an option?

Hi Antonio

You say you just installed new mobo, RAM, grafics and processor

Since your system is attempting to boot, the mobo, RAM and processor are probably okay

Remove the new graphics and connect your screen to the on-board graphics connection

Does Windows boot correctly when you do that?

Wow, not a great sign, but I’m leaning towards hardware issue at this point. New desktop? Still under warranty?

What’s the make and model?
