Nobody has responded with any additional questions or solutions.  Not sure what you are following up on.  However, the problem still exists and I would very much appreciate assistance in correcting it.

You may perform a clean boot and check if the issue persists. A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. For instructions, you may refer to this article.

The issue only happens while using OWA2010 in IE 11 on a Windows 10 Pro OS while using multiple monitors.

The Word application works as designed.
