Windows 10 Set Up Screen

After installing or reinstalling Windows 10, eventually you will reach the blue Windows 10 set up screen asking for the date, time, etc. Many brand new OEM computers will bring you to the same screen the first time you turn the PC on. Will I be able to turn the PC off at this point after installing or reinstalling Windows 10? This will be useful info if I were to repair someone's PC, or even sell a PC to a new owner so they can have an experience similar to as if the PC was brand new.

Answer

Yes you can shut down and when the computer is restarted it will return back to that same point.

There should be some slight variations from a new computer startup but they would be inconsequential.
