Windows 10 Red Screen

Whenever I startup my pc I just get this red screen with a little yellow spade near the bottom left corner I cqnt do anything from there. All I can access is boot  options.
Whenever I startup my pc it goes to a red screen with a blinking yellow line in the bottom corne and some weird yellow spade next to it. I cant access anything but my boot options.

There are a lot of possibilities why this issue occur. It could be your drivers are corrupted or it is a hardware issue. To isolate this matter, we have some questions for you: 

 

  1. When did this issue start? 

  2. Were there any changes made before the issue occur? 

  3. Can you access safe mode? 

  4. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
