Windows 10 processes becoming suspended

I'm having a problem where Windows can randomly suspend processes that are in use. I know that it has the capability to suspend brasses that are not being used if you're getting close to your resource limits. However, I'm thing it suspend Internet Explorer and Dragon NaturallySpeaking which I use constantly. I checked resource utilization and I'm using less than 50% of my memory and my CPU resources when I see this happen.

I'm running Windows 10x64 Pro on a Sager NP 7378 with 16 GB of RAM and a 4710 i7 CPU.

Hello,

(Also holds good for Windows 10)

Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps from section “How to reset the computer to start as

I ran the troubleshooter and I didn't find any problems. I then did the clean start and have already had a couple of incidences where it suspended IE 11 while I was using it! When I checked member usage with its 39% an CPU usage was 5%. I'm also posting a screen clip below from Process Explorer but I just took another time when IE crashed. As you can see I'm not using many resources.

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

I appreciate your time.

I would suggest you to run Microsoft safety scanner to check and remove any virus or malware which may be causing the issue.
Refer:
Microsoft safety scanner
http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
(Also holds good for Windows 10)

Note: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

Please keep us updated.

Thank you

I ran the safety scanner and it didn't find anything in the quick mode. I ran it in the complete mode and it just screwed up a couple of my data files for AutoCAD but didn't find anything other than that. The problem is still occurring, any more ideas of things I can try?

Thank you for the reply.

I appreciate your patience.

I would suggest you to run system file checker(SFC) and DISM commands to fix any corrupt files.

If you use the Resource Manager in admin tools you can put together the call and wait chains its a tough process but I came to the conclusion that Skypes voip is one of the ways winman (Microsoft) delivers our updates and does software protection
