windows 10 pro FQC-08929 OEM product key activation returns an error

i purchased windows 10 pro FQC-08929 OEM product key and when i try to activate windows 10 pro with it it gives the attached errors, please help





Where did you buy it? The message simply means the key is blocked.

i bought it from a computer mall in egypt, when bought it had the serial number covered

In that case I am afraid you will need to ask them to activate for you. Microsoft officially does not sell OEM licenses.
