Windows 10 Pro Black Screen of Death when playing games

Hello Folks,

I built my own PC Desktop a few months ago. I used a webpage called Logical Increments to figure out what parts to use.

This is what happens most often: After playing a game (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt GOTY) for about an hour or so the monitor goes blank. The game music can still be heard at times, not always. Maybe once in 3 crashes. I cannot get back to the desktop at all. Also, sometimes there is a loud electronic buzzing sound. Sometimes not. Sometimes at the very beginning when I enter the game there are 4 to 5 beeps. The sounds are not always present when the computer goes black.

I have updated drivers. Windows updates. I have looked into the Hz of the monitor and I am using the recommended value. I am looking into the paging file number now.

At one point I thought this had to do with the game being in Fullscreen mode or Windowed mode. But it sees to happen either way.

I have checked the GPU's temperature, and when I play it is always between the high 30's to about 45 degrees. And I think my card can go up to 95 degrees.

I am at a loss. And I am thinking about resetting the computer completely. Pull it apart, and rebuild it step by step.

I am including info the parts for the build. And the latest Minidump info. My antivirus is AVG. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
