The file "hiberfil.sys" is used by the hibernation feature. If you don't use this feature, you can safely disable it and delete this file. See the article below for instructions.

I suggest you do the procedure in the "Power Options" and "Command Prompt". I've had cases where changing only in "Power Options" was not enough.
As for the "pagefile.sys" file, it is used by the "Virtual Memory". This feature improves system stability and performance. I suggest you do not delete it or make any changes to the current configuration. The current size appears to be suitable for your system. Shrinking or deleting it may cause problems.
