Windows 10 not trusting McAfee and blocking it from installing (I guess?)

This is the story of my miserable life: I wanted to install McAfee Internet Security but after I downloaded "McAfeeSetup-AutoLogin.exe" it says that the signature is corrupt or invalid. I tried to install it, but then it says "this app has been blocked for your protection" and "an administrator has blocked you from running this app".

I called the tech support of McAfee, but then there were some problems and the guy just suddenly stopped talking(lol). So ya, I was wondering if this was just windows's problem and I tried all the methods I could try(got all of then from google btw) and none of them helped. I then tried to renew McAfee then it says that the app will not run cuz windows does not trust the app as the app's identity cannot be verified.

So, what's going on?

You should try seeking assistance on the McAfee support communities about this problem:

McAfee Communities: Welcome

Do you happen to have any other security software installed? They might be conflicting with McAfee.
