Hello Sasa,
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced.
- Since when this started happening?
- When did you notice this behavior?
- Did you made any changes to your PC?
- Is your PC up to date With Windows Updates?
- What is the exact error message or code you can see in Event Viewer?
If any recent change to your PC made this to happen, then try to undo those changes to see if it cures the issue. Also try to run built-in Power troubleshooter to see what it results.
* Press Windows Key, then type ‘troubleshoot’ and select same from the list.
* Select “View all” on the left panel and run “Power” troubleshooter from the list.
* Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Apply repair automatically”. Also ensure to select Run as administrator.
* Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
If it doesn't fix the issue or in case problem started recently, then try System Restore. If an app or update that you recently installed caused problems with your PC, you can restore Windows back to an earlier point in time, called a restore point. System Restore doesn’t change your personal files, but it might remove recently installed apps and drivers.
Note: Windows automatically creates a restore point when you install desktop apps and new Windows updates, if the last restore point is older than 7 days. You can also create a restore point manually at any time.
To restore your PC to an earlier point in time
* Press Windows Key + R to open run command
* Type rstrui and hit Enter key.
* Select Recommended Restore or any other restore point and click Next
* Follow the instructions to restore your PC to earlier.
Keep us posted if you require further assistance.

So this started after i change in my UEFI boot priority (but on past it working fine ) from :"UEFI USB KINGSTON" to "P1 SSD SAMSUNG EVO 250 GB" .
When starting Windows 10 boot loader starts by "preparing automatic repair" and diagnosing pc. Then after this i get screen with Your pc did not start correctly or Automatic Repair couldnt repair your pc . And when i click restart then Windows 10 boot fine. So i am needing 2 boots to boot properly to windows.
Event viewer showing that system was not closed properly
My disk is on MBR partirion. Is this related to my UEFI/Partitions?
Somebody said to me this:"UEFI booting requires a GPT disk. This is why Windows has to fix itself and only boots in 2nd cycle - as you keep trying to boot UEFI to an MBR disk."
Also i know that UEFI firmware can emulate BIOS functionality (CSM/Legacy) and work with MBR disks just fine. Or i am wrong? And cause is elsewhere? Is this issue related to hardware or software/bios?

Hello Sasa,
Thank you for getting back to us with an update.
Suggest you to try rebuilding boot configuration data (BCD) from Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) to see if it makes any difference.
-
Put the Windows installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer. Use some other PC connected to Internet for creating a Bootable media, if you don't have one.
-
Press a key when the message Press any key to boot from CD or DVD appears.
If your PC does not detect the media automatically-
During the restart process, read the screen for any instructions that explain how to interrupt normal startup and enter the basic input/output system (BIOS) setup utility. Most PCs use the F2, F10, ESC, or DEL key to begin the BIOS Setup.
-
Look for a tab in the BIOS Setup Utility that is labeled Boot Order, Boot Options, or Boot. Following the directions on the screen, use the arrow keys to go to the Boot Order, then press Enter.
-
Locate the CD, DVD, or USB flash drive (this might be called Removable Device) in the Boot list. Following the directions on the screen, use the arrow keys to move the drive up so that it appears first in the Boot list. Press Enter. The boot order sequence is now changed to boot from the CD, DVD, or USB flash drive.
-
Press F10 to save your changes and to exit the BIOS Setup Utility. Select Yes in the confirmation window. The PC will restart. Allow the PC to restart normally. The scan will take a few minutes and remove any malware that may be infecting your computer.
-
-
Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or another input method, and then click Next.
-
Click Repair your computer.
-
Click the operating system that you want to repair, and then click Next.
-
In the System Recovery Options dialog box, click Command Prompt.
-
Type Bootrec /RebuildBcd, and then press ENTER.
Now reboot your PC and see if the same issue persist.
Keep us posted if you require further assistance.

So i formatted disk this time to GPT , install again Windows 10 , now Windows booting fine without automatic repair.
Tried switching few times between UEFI USB KINGSTON to P1:Samsung Evo 250 GB BOOT MANAGER and no automatic repair.
But i want to know why it happened earlier just before format? That was still hardware issue? Thx for opinion. Somebody said that can be caused by bad ram. Like i said after format is ok. But i want to know why it happened before format. What caused this ,software ,hardware?

Hello Sasa,

@Sasa,
Yes. If any problem with hardware, then it won't even allow your PC to boot. I mean, you might not able to see BIOS screen itself during startup.
