Windows 10 - Not able to view or preview pictures in Windows Explorer

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community. We appreciate your interest in Windows 10.
Follow the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.
Step 1: Open control panel by typing Control Panel in the search box next to Start button, and press Enter.
Step 2: Select Large icons in the view by option on the left top hand side of the window, and select File Explorer Options.
Step 3: Click on View tab and check if
Display file icon on thumbnails
Show preview handlers in preview pane, are checked.
Step 4: Uncheck
Always show icons, never thumbnails
Always show menu
Step 5: Enable or disable any other options you wish to make changes on, click on Apply, and OK.

Thank you - I can now see the thumbnail image of my JPG. I'm using Windows 10.
I still have a problem in that the image in the RIGHT window is just the same tiny thumbnail that shows in the list on the left, with all the properties of the image. This is generally useless.
How do I get the larger image that I have been able to see in all of the earlier versions of Windows Explorer? Let me right click and ask for properties if that's what I need. Not being able to quickly scan through my files is so TIME CONSUMING!!

The JPG extensions are small case (.jpg), so this does not work for me.

Hi,
Please help me.
When i connect my phone ( Letv ) with my laptop window 10,
I can't see thumbnails.
I had try lot of methods that teach in google and youtube, still doesn't work.
