Windows 10 Monthly Updates

Hello, I ran Windows 10 Update (2019-05)yesterday via Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update.

As has happened in the last few monthly updates, I got to the stage of downloading/installing the 'Cumulative Updates' when the download stopped and I got a message to the effect that 'The Update has Failed as Your PC was not switched on' (!) even though I was watching the screen live at the time!

After running the Troubleshooter (as I now seem to have to do each month) I get the following :

'Potential Windows Update Database Error Detected'

'Windows Update Components must be Repaired'.

The Windows Update then starts again, sometimes installing immediately, sometimes after two attempts.

Windows Update > Update History now shows KB4499167 failed to install 3 times 'Last failed install attempt on ‎14/‎05/‎2019 - 0x80240034'

BUT

Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Installed Updates shows KB4499167 & KB4497398 installed yesterday.

Should I be worried?
