Windows 10 login error, you must be online to login for the first time.

My computer is online, but I still receive this error message. The only reason I can login, is because my guest login requires no password.  I still cannot get windows to activate. It has been two weeks. Is there a way to do a fresh install?a

When you reset your PC, Windows will remove everything. Think of this like doing a complete Windows reinstall and formatting your hard drive.

To Reset your computer:

On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key + L to get to the sign-in screen, then hold the Shift key down while you select Power  > Restart in the lower-right corner of the screen. After your PC restarts, you may now let go of the Shift key, select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
